摘  要:课程思政教育有利于机电类专业培养创新型复合型技术技能人才,而岗位实习课程具有特殊性,是学生步入工作岗位的一次预实习,能够将学校所学知识与岗位实践联系起来。积极推进岗位实习过程课程思政教学改革,有利培养学生对机电行业的认可,对本职工作岗位的热爱,使学生养成精益求精的工匠精神和热爱劳动、崇尚劳动的“劳动精神”。课程团队通过修订课程标准、完善培训素材、补充考核方案等措施,积极探索了机电类学生岗位实习过程课程思政的推进路径,为高职院校机电类专业岗位实习课程思政教学改革提供了参考借鉴。Curriculum ideological and political education is conducive to the cultivation of innovative and composite technical skills of mechanical and electrical majors, while the on-the-job practice course has its particularity, which is a pre-practice for students to enter the job, and can connect the knowledge learned in school with the practice on the job. Actively promoting the ideological and political teaching reform of the course of post practice, which is conducive to cultivating students’ recognition of the mechanical and electrical industry and their love for their own jobs, so that students can develop the craftsman spirit of excellence and the “labor spirit” of loving and advocating labor. By revising course standards, improving training materials, supplementing assessment plans and other measures, the course team actively explored the path of promoting the ideological and political education of mechanical and electrical students in the course of post practice, providing a reference for the reform of the ideological and political teaching of mechanical and electrical professional post practice courses in higher vocational colleges.
