摘 要:随着信息技术的发展和教学改革的深入,新兴的教学方法不断充斥着传统教学,给传统教学带来了巨大的挑战。翻转课堂就是一种颠覆传统教学的新兴教学方法,它将课前和课堂相互倒置,把原本教师在课堂上讲授的知识转移到课前让学生自学,将课堂上的时间用来交流互动、知识检测,改变了传统教学当中“教师讲,学生听”的教学方式,并且在教学实践中取得了一定的成效。而这种教学方法能否在高等学校《民航服务礼仪》课程实施,是一个值得研究的问题。本研究通过在高校《民航服务礼仪》课程中实施翻转课堂教学法,验证了其在调动学生积极性和提高教学效果方面都有显著的效果,但在如何增强学生的自主学习意识方面还需要进一步的研究。With the development of information technology and the deepening of teaching reform, emerging teaching methods are constantly filled with traditional teaching, bringing huge challenges to traditional teaching. Flipped classroom is an emerging teaching method that inverts traditional teaching methods, transferring the knowledge that teachers would typically present during class to preclass self-study for the students. Class time is then used for interaction and knowledge assessment, changing the traditional teaching approach of “teachers lecture, students listen”. This approach has achieved a certain degree of success in teaching practice. Whether this teaching method can be applied in higher education courses such as “Civil Aviation Service Etiquette” is a question worthy of research. This study verified that implementing a flipped classroom in higher education “Civil Aviation Service Etiquette” courses significantly boosts student engagement and improves teaching effectiveness through interaction and knowledge assessment. However, further research is needed on how to enhance students’ consciousness of independent learning.
