摘　　要：随着互联网的不断发展,高职院校网络心理健康教育成为了提升学生心理健康水平的重要途径。本研究探讨了高职院校网络心理健康教育的特征和模式,强调了多样化的教育资源和实时互动支持的重要性。特别是,我们提出了课程集成模式、在线咨询和辅导模式等创新的网络心理健康教育模式。这些模式为高职院校的网络心理健康教育提供了新的思路和方法,有望更好地满足学生的需求,提高其心理健康水平。With the development of the internet, the network mental health education in higher vocational colleges has become an important way to improve students’ mental health. This study explores the characteristics and patterns of network mental health education in higher vocational colleges, and emphasizes the importance of diversified educational resources and real-time interactive support. In particular, we put forward innovative network mental health education models, such as course integration model, online counseling and counseling model. These patterns provide new ideas and methods for the network mental health education in higher vocational colleges, which is expected to better meet the needs of students and improve their mental health level.
