摘　　要：生物化学是生命科学类专业开设的一门专业基础课程,该课程中蕴含了丰富的思政教育知识点。在授课过程中,以“立德树人”为目标,深入挖掘该课程的思政元素,将专业知识与思政教育有机融合,实现思政教育的润物细无声;同时将思政纳入考核体系,做为期末考试成绩的一个组成部分。通过思政教学改革,学生不仅掌握了专业知识,还促进了思想道德及人格的发展,为以后迈入社会打下了良好的基础,真正实现“立德树人”的目标。Biochemistry is a professional course that life science majors need to open, which contains a wealth of ideological and political education knowledge points. In the course of teaching, with the goal of “moral cultivation”, we will dig deeply into the ideological and political elements of the course, organically integrate professional knowledge with ideological and political education, and incorporate ideological and political education into the assessment system. Through the ideological and political teaching reform, students not only master professional knowledge, but also promote the development of ideology and morality and personality, laying a good foundation for entering the society in the future, and truly realizing the purpose of “moral cultivation”.
