高职学生常见心理问题的成因及解决对策研究

摘　　要：当前,学生心理健康问题已成为社会重点关注社会现象,现实生活中、网络信息上学生抑郁等事件频发,老师、家长谈心色变。本文主要从高职学生常见的心理问题、产生的原因、解决对策三个方面展开,采用大样本问卷调查的方式,重点针对某高职院校过去一年里有过抑郁等进行问卷统计,对被调查学生心理疾病、家庭情况、抑郁倾向分布情况进行分类分析,重点从学生自身、家庭教育、学校教育等六个方面提出了相应解决对策。At present, students’ mental health problems have become a social phenomenon that the society focuses on. In real life and online information, students’ depression and other incidents occur frequently, and teachers and parents have changed their hearts and minds. This paper mainly starts from three aspects: common psychological problems of higher vocational students, their causes and solutions, adopts the method of large-sample questionnaire survey, and focuses on the questionnaire statistics of depression in a higher vocational college in the past year, so as to classify and analyze the distribution of mental illness, family situation and depression tendency of the surveyed students. The paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures from six aspects, such as students themselves, family education and school education.
