摘  要:随着社会经济不断发展,传统公共管理学科教学模式存在一定的弊端,如何融合思政元素来创新教学模式,是当前教学发展的核心方向之一。文章探讨了如何将分层次管理理论与问题导向学习(PBL)模式相结合,以构建一种创新的公共管理学科教学模式。旨在满足不同学生层次的学习需求,同时融入思想政治教育,培养学生的社会责任感和正确的价值观。为培养具有批判性思维和创新能力的公共管理人才提供了理论支持和实践指导。With the continuous development of the social economy, the traditional teaching model of the public management discipline has certain drawbacks. How to integrate political education elements to innovate the teaching model is one of the core directions of current teaching development. This paper explores how to combine the hierarchical management theory with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to construct an innovative teaching model for the public management discipline. It aims to meet the learning needs of students at different levels while integrating political education to cultivate students’ sense of social responsibility and correct values. It provides theoretical support and practical guidance for training public management talents with critical thinking and innovative abilities.
