摘 要:人工智能等技术的进步正在改变口译的工作模式及职业能力要求,给口译教学带来了前所未有的挑战。同时,技术工具的应用虽然提升了效率,但也在一定程度上造成了学生的技术依赖和职业发展焦虑,导致学生口译学习动机下降,增加了教学的难度。在此背景下,本文基于自我决定理论,探索如何通过口译教学改革,满足学生的自主、能力和归属三大基本心理需要,从而激发学生的学习动机,提升教学效果与学习体验。本研究发现,口译课程应注重核心素养的培养,制定符合课程特点的具体目标,在教学内容和方法上积极融合新技术,才能助力学生更好地适应未来的职业发展需求。The advancement of technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, is changing the working modes and competence requirements in the field of interpreting, imposing higher demands on interpreting education. While the application of technological tools has enhanced work efficiency, it has also led to a certain degree of technological dependence and career uncertainty among students, resulting in reduced motivation to learn interpreting and increasing the challenges faced by interpreting educators. In response to these issues, this paper, guided by self-determination theory, explores how to reform interpreting teaching to stimulate students’ learning motivation by meeting their three basic psychological needs: autonomy, competence and relatedness. By doing so, the paper aims to enhance teaching effectiveness and students’ learning experiences. The findings suggest that interpreting courses should focus on cultivating core competencies, set specific goals aligned with the nature of the course, and adopt new technologies into the course content and as teaching tools to better prepare students for future career development.
