摘 要:本文探讨了“议题与思辨”教学法在高校思政课中的实施依据、实施原则和应用策略。该教学法旨在通过培养学生的思辨力,提升思政课的思想性、学理性和亲和力,以应对复杂多变的国际形势,推动思政课建设内涵式发展,并激发学生的学习内生动力。实施原则强调以问题导向、价值引领、多元评价和师生合作,通过紧扣时代脉搏设计议题、组织思辨课堂、展示与反馈思辨成果实施教学组织,构建师生学习共同体,进而推动高校思政课教学方法的改革创新。This paper discusses the implementation basis, principles and strategies of “Issues and speculation” teaching method in college ideological and political courses. The teaching method aims at improving the ideological quality, academic rationality and affinity of the ideological and political courses by cultivating students’ thinking ability, so as to cope with the complicated and changeable international situation and promote the connotation-type development of the construction of the ideological and political courses, and stimulate students’ learning endogenous motivation. The implementation principles emphasize problem-oriented, value-oriented, multi-evaluation and teacher-student cooperation, and the implementation of teaching organization by closely following the pulse of the times, designing topics, organizing speculative classes, and displaying and feedback speculative results, to construct the learning community between teachers and students, and to promote the reform and innovation of the teaching methods of college ideological and political courses.
