摘　　要：随着广西北部湾地区社会经济的全面发展,环境保护与经济发展的矛盾也成为了首要问题,培养具有应对新发展新问题能力的高等教育人才箭在弦上。立足于此背景,本文针对广西各民族地区、北部湾地区的环境保护类人才培养的实际情况,进行资源与环境类法律人才培养的特色探索,提出满足广西地区人才培养需要的教学观念和教学方式,以推动整体培养模式与时俱进,培养更符合时代发展的应用型人才。With the Guangxi Beibu Gulf region’s socio-economic development, the contradiction between environmental protection and economic development has become a priority question. Fostering high educational talents who have the ability to cope with the new development problems is the necessary trend. Based on this background, in view of the practical situation of environmental protection personnel training of all ethnic areas in Guangxi and Beibu Gulf region, this article explores the characteristics of resources and environment law talents training and proposes teaching concepts and teaching methods which satisfy the needs of training talents in Guangxi region to promote the overall cultivation model to keep pace with the times and to cultivate more applied talents that are in accordance with the time development.
