摘　　要：本文基于职业能力标准对高校辅导员队伍专业化建设进行研究,以浙江大学城市学院为例,分析了目前队伍基本情况,结合《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》的职业能力标准,探索辅导员队伍专业化建设的路径,以期为其他独立院校的辅导员队伍建设提供借鉴。This paper studies the professional construction of college counselor team based on the standard of professional ability;Taking Zhejiang University City College as an example, it analyzes the basic situation of the team at present;Combined with the standards of occupation ability of counselors in higher school, it explores the path to the construction of professional team of instructors, in order to provide a reference for other independent college counselor team construction.
