摘　　要：随着高校扩召以及学校管理重心下移,如何发挥教研室在管理、教学、科研、实验室、师资建设等方面的作用,变得非常重要。本文从加强制度建设、柔性引进人才、加强教学团队建设等方面,对新时代教育背景下教研室的建设作了探讨,并以B院校J教研室为例进行说明。With the expansion of universities and the downward shift of management, how to play the role of teaching and research section in management, teaching, scientific research, laboratory, teacher construction and other aspects becomes important. This paper discusses the construction of teaching and research section under the background of new era education from the aspects of strengthening the system construction, flexible introduction of talents, and strengthening the teaching team, and takes the J teaching and research section of B University as an example.
