摘 要:随着军队改革,非现役文职教员成为军队院校教育教学的重要力量。非现役文职新教员大多来自地方非师范类大学,思想独立活泼,有扎实的专业基础,但同时往往对部队工作环境,对部队听从指挥服从命令、严谨的作风很不适应,也不了解部队。因此如何快速转变思想、融入部队环境、提升教学能力站稳讲台是每一个新入职的非现役文职教员所面临的至关重要的问题。而新入职的前三年是新教员发展自己、规划未来的最为关键的时间。本文以切身经历为基础,从思想转变、教学准备、课堂实践三个方面进行阐述,为日后发展作出好的规划,为其他新教员在身份、心理等方面提供一些可参考的经验。With the reform of the military, non-active civilian faculty will be an important force in military education. Nonactive civilian faculty come from local universities, and have independent and lively thoughts, and solid professional foundation, but at the same time, they are not adapted to the army environment, the orders, the rigorous style and the army. So, how to change the ideas, integrate into the military environment, and improve the teaching ability is the crucial issue faced by every newly nonactive civilian faculty. The first three years are the most critical time for new faculty to develop themselves and plan for the future. Based on personal experience, this paper expounds on three aspects: ideological change, teaching preparation and classroom activities, so as to make a good plan for future development and provide some referable experience for other new teachers in terms of identity and psychology.
