摘 要:临床医学教育不仅是书本知识的传授,更是实践技能的培养。从一个实习医生到一名合格的外科医生是一个需要日积月累逐渐沉淀的过程。因此,外科实习医生的技能培训及评价不能仅以一次成功或失败来评定学生的能力高低。为提高外科实习生的实践操作水平,我院外科教研室近年探索了一种新的评价考核模式——学生主动式形成性评价模式,给学生创造更多的实践机会,提升学生的学习兴趣,构建学生与带教老师之间互动的形成性评价体系,切实提高了实习生外科临床操作能力。Clinical medical education is not only the transfer of knowledge from books, but also the development of practical skills. Going from an intern to a qualified surgeon is a protracted process. Therefore, skills training and evaluation of surgical trainees cannot be judged on the basis of one success or failure in clinical activities alone. In order to improve the practical operation level of surgical interns, the Department of Surgery has explored a new formative assessment model for student initiative in recent years, which creates more practical opportunities for students, enhances their learning interest, builds a formative assessment system for interaction between students and in-structors, and effectively improves the clinical operation ability of interns.
