校园欺凌者行为的心理成因及解决策略——基于家长教育行为视角

摘  要:近年来,校园欺凌事件的频发严重影响着学生的身体发展和心理健康。尽管没有确切的数据统计结果表明校园欺凌者的行为与家庭教育息息相关,但家长在子女成长过程中的作用是不可替代的。从家长教育行为视角入手,解释校园欺凌者行为的心理成因,并提出相应的解决策略,有利于家长帮助儿童构建正确三观,培养良好行为习惯,从而促进健康成长,减少校园欺凌事件的发生。In recent years, the frequent campus bullying has seriously affected students’ physical development and mental health. Although there is no exact data and statistical results show that the behavior of school bullies is closely related to family education, the role of parents in the growth of their children is irreplaceable. From the perspective of parents’ educational behavior, this paper explains the psychological causes of campus bullying and puts forward corresponding solutions, which is helpful for parents to help children build correct three outlooks and cultivate good behavior habits, so as to promote healthy growth and reduce the occurrence of campus bullying.
