民族地区医学院校大学生党员发展质量研究——以右江民族医学院基础医学院为例

摘　　要：大学生党员是高校大学生的先进分子,只有培养出合格的大学生党员,才能不断壮大我们的党员队伍,提高党员队伍的整体素质,继承和发扬党的理想信念,才能担负起未来社会主义事业的建设者和接班人的历史使命。本文以实现民族地区医学院校学生党员发展全程教育监督为基本理念,从医学院校党员培养教育全过程星级考评探索了学生党员的全程化培养体系,实现了民族地区医学院校学生党员全程化培养,在提高党员发展质量与民族地区医学院校学生党员作用发挥方面具有重要价值。College student party members are the advanced elements of college students, only by cultivating qualified college student party members, can continue to expand our party members, improve the overall quality of the party members, inherit and carry forward the party’s ideals and beliefs, to shoulder the future socialist cause of builders and successors of the historical mission. This paper to realize the ethnic area medical students’ development of full education supervision as the basic idea, from the medical school party member training education process explores the student party member full training system, realize the ethnic area medical students party members, in improving the quality of party member development and the role of minority area medical students party members is of importance.
