摘 要:目的:解决高职护理专业推行“1 + X”证书制度面临的现实困境。方法:2022年6~8月对重庆地区3所X证书试点高职院校的30名师生进行访谈,运用Colaizz 7步分析法对资料进行整理和分析。结果:访谈时间1146 min,转录文字57,362字,共提炼出4个主题困境:X证书业内认可度不高;1与X课程内容学习存在冲突,X证书考核评价体系不全面;X证书数字学习资源有限,教师专业知识和实践能力不足;缺乏整体规划、制度保障不全、经费投入不足。结论:政校企三方联动,整体规划、健全证书保障制度、增加经费投入;开展针对院校教师的专项培训和企业实践;打造X证书优质数字资源;优化考核评价体系,提高X证书含金量;促进1与X的良性运作。Objective: To solve the reality of the dilemma of the implementation of “1 + X” certificate system in higher vocational nursing specialty. 30 teachers and students from 3X certificate pilot higher vocational colleges in Chongqing were interviewed. Colaizz 7-step analysis method was used to collect and analyze the data. The interview time was 1146 min, the transcribed text was 57,362 words, and a total of 4 thematic dilemmas were extracted: The X certificate is not well recognized in the industry;There is conflict between 1 and X course’s learning;and the X certificate assessment and evaluation system is not comprehensive;X certificate digital learning resources are limited, and teachers lack professional knowledge and practical ability;Lack of overall planning, Inadequate institutional safeguards and insufficient funding. Conclusion: Three-party linkage of government, school and enterprise, overall planning, improve certificate guarantee system, increase financial input;carry out special training and enterprise practice for college teachers;create X certificate quality digital resources;optimize the assessment and evaluation system, increase the gold content of the X certificate;promote the benign operation of 1 and X.
