摘  要:近些年来我国研究生教育事业高速发展,地方普通院校的研究生培养规模也逐渐扩大;如何提升研究生的教学质量,推动研究生教育水平的高质量发展,成了地方院校一项重要而艰巨的任务。本文以湖北汽车工业学院“光学工程”硕士点的《光电材料模拟与仿真》课程为例,对研究生专业教学的课程内容,课堂教学和结果考核等进行了多元化模式的探索和实践。该教学模式充分调动了学生课堂参与度,夯实了学生的理论基础,提升了学生学术科研能力,对研究生的培养产生了积极的作用和意义,值得借鉴和推广。The scale of postgraduate training in local colleges has gradually expanded with the rapid development of postgraduate education in recent years. How to improve the teaching quality of post-graduates and promote the high-quality development of postgraduate education is an important and arduous task for local colleges. Taking the course of Simulation and Simulation of Photoelectric Materials in the master’s degree of “Optical Engineering” of Hubei University of Automotive Technology for instance, this work explores and practices the diversified mode of curriculum content, classroom teaching and result assessment of postgraduate professional teaching. This teaching mode fully mobilizes classroom participation, consolidates theoretical basis, improves academic research ability for the postgraduate student. As a result, our diversified teaching mode, which has a positive effect on the cultivation of postgraduates, is worth learning and promoting.
