摘　　要：《基础工业工程》课程是高校工业工程专业的核心专业课,针对大学课堂与企业应用之间脱节问题,在不断探讨新的教学方法的基础上,创新性的将角色体验式实践引入到专业课的教学过程中,在大学课堂和企业之间,搭建模拟工厂和企业现场的两级阶梯,使之成为大学理论和企业应用之间的桥梁,实现了理论和实践教学的深度融合。教学效果显著,具有较强的推广价值和意义。Basic Industrial Engineering course is the core professional course of industrial engineering major in colleges and universities. In view of the disconnection between college classroom and enterprise application, based on the continuous exploration of new teaching methods, the role experiential practice is innovatively introduced into the teaching process of professional courses. Two steps of simulation factory and enterprise site are built between college classroom and enterprise. Make it a bridge between university theory and enterprise application and realize the deep integration of theory and practice teaching. The teaching effect is remarkable, and it has strong popularization value and significance.
