摘 要:课堂沉默可能是由多种因素引起的,这些因素涉及学生、教师以及教育环境。为了实现真正有效的教学,重建师生之间民主平等的交流关系至关重要。课堂沉默的主要原因涵盖了交流主体之间地位的不平衡、教师提问方式的单调、教学方法的单一性以及个别学生因素的影响等。为了解决课堂中的无声现象,需要对课堂教学进行改进。其中包括构建一个交流共同体、改变课堂提问的角度、调整教学策略等措施。通过这些方法,可以有效地改善课堂静默现象,激励学生更积极地参与,从而提升教学质量,取得更好的教学成果。Administrative personnel in higher education institutions are responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the school, which includes formulating and implementing various rules and regulations, managing campus order, and organizing and coordinating various tasks. Their duties aim to ensure the smooth and orderly functioning of the institution, providing a conducive environment and conditions for educational activities. This article examines the issues within the job responsibilities of administrative personnel at J University in China's Mainland, with the goal of preventing redundant efforts and resource wastage. By appropriately organizing these responsibilities, each individual can focus on their respective expertise and capabilities, thereby optimizing the job roles of administrative personnel in J University. This optimization fosters collaboration and coordination among team members, ultimately enhancing overall work efficiency.
