摘  要:老子的道家生命哲学文化在超然的理性主义精神中又富含人文意蕴,对于生命本源、存在过程方式及人生价值都有独特的见地,形成了独具特色的自然生命哲学理论,对当前这个时代的教学具有重大的影响,也具有不可忽视的指导意义。处于一定压力与期待下青少年应该接受充分的生命教育,究其理论根源就是来源于一定的生命哲学思想。分析老子的贵生、无为、平衡的生命哲学思想并从中提取对生命教育有启示价值的珍爱生命、养生修身、朴素自然的观点,提出从创设课程、跨学科、多方合作的实践路径建议。以老子思想加现实实践共同作用,为我国的生命教育提供新的思路及方向,为提高青年一代的综合素养奠基。Laozi’s Taoist philosophy of life is rich in humanistic implications in the transcendental rationalism spirit, and has unique insights into the origin of life, the way of existence process and the value of life, forming a unique theory of natural philosophy of life, which has great influence on the teaching of this era and cannot be ignored. Under certain pressure and expectation, teenagers should receive adequate life education, the theoretical root of which is from certain philosophy of life. This paper analyzes Laozi’s philosophy of life, which values life, does nothing and is balanced, and extracts the views of cherishing life, preserving health and cultivating oneself, and being simple and natural, which are enlightening to life education, and puts forward some practical suggestions from creating courses, interdisciplinary and multi-party cooperation. The combination of Laozi’s thought and practical practice provides new ideas and directions for life education in China and lays the foundation for improving the comprehensive quality of the younger generation.
