摘  要:当前我国本科公共管理专业教学理论与实践脱节严重,人才培养成效难以满足实际需求,在新形势、新要求背景下应立足培养人才实际问题应对能力,创新教法着重培养学生实践创新能力。文章以强化学生实践能力培养为切入点,系统分析了公共管理专业教学在课程设置、培养目标、培养方式、师资配比等方面现存问题。并以此为基础从人才培养方案合理性,专业课程设置科学性等方面阐述了教学改革的重要性和意义,再就课程优化、教学方法、培养方式、师资强化等方面提出较为可行的改革思路与路径。At present, the teaching theory and practice of the undergraduate public management major in China are seriously divorced, and the effectiveness of talent cultivation is difficult to meet the actual needs. Under the new situation and new requirements, we should base on the cultivation of talents’ practical problem-solving ability and innovate teaching methods, focusing on the cultivation of stu-dents’ practical innovation ability. Taking strengthening the cultivation of students’ practical ability as the starting point, the article systematically analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of public management specialty in terms of curriculum setting, training objectives, training methods, and teacher allocation. On this basis, the importance and significance of teaching reform are ex-pounded from the aspects of the rationality of talent training programs and the scientific nature of professional courses. It also puts forward more feasible ideas and paths for improvement in terms of curriculum optimization, teaching methods, training methods, and teacher strengthening.
