摘  要:进入新时代,从历史传统、国内外形势以及当代大学生的成长状况来看,必须通过居安思危理念加强大学生的劳动教育,全面提高学生劳动精神、素养和能力。但居安思危理念融入高校劳动教育存在诸多困境,政府、社会、高校和家庭还未形成有效培育居安思危意识的合力,“居安”地位普遍化,“思危”意识无法较好融入大学生中间,为此,必须构建政府、高校、社会及家庭协同教育机制,加强居安思危理念融入劳动教育的组织领导,树立大学生居安思危的劳动观念,完善劳动教育评价激励机制,让大学生能够清醒地认清现实,找准自身定位,为未来的挑战和机遇做好充分准备。In the new era, from the perspective of historical tradition, domestic and foreign situation and the growth of contemporary college students, it is necessary to strengthen the labor education of college students through the concept of being prepared for danger in times of peace, and comprehensively improve the labor spirit, literacy and ability of students. However, there are many difficulties in integrating the concept of being prepared for danger in times of peace into the labor education of colleges and universities, and the government, society, colleges and universities and families have not yet formed a joint force to effectively cultivate the awareness of being prepared for danger in times of peace. The social and family collaborative education mechanism strengthens the organization and leadership of integrating the concept of being prepared for danger in times of peace into labor education, establishes the labor concept of college students being prepared for danger in times of peace, and improves the evaluation and incentive mechanism of labor education, so that college students can clearly recognize the reality, find out their own positioning, and be fully prepared for future challenges and opportunities.
