摘  要:为解决电子科学与技术专业实验课程设置缺少综合性、设计性、研究性实验内容,对其进行改革,形成了一种新型电子科学与技术专业综合实验教学模式。该综合实验教学从铁电陶瓷器件的制作–测试–数据分析–结果讨论均由本科生自主完成,对学生制备的铁电陶瓷器件的实验测试结果完全符合电介质材料极化后的介电常数及损耗的变化规律。经过3年的教学实践证明这种新实验教学模式具有设计成熟、可操作性强、综合实验与研究的特点,能够提高学生的实践及创新能力。同时,该模式能够对培养电子材料、器件、工艺、电路、光电子技术和电子信息技术领域的研发、教学以及管理人才起到了积极的促进作用。In order to solve the problem of lack of the experimental content of comprehensive, pre-designed and research-oriented, a new integrated experimental teaching model is proposed for the electronic science and technology major through reform. This comprehensive experimental teaching from the fabrication, testing, data analysis and results discussion of ferroelectric ceramic devices are independently completed by undergraduates. The test results of the ferroelectric ceramic devices completely conform to the changing law of dielectric constant and loss of dielectric material after polarization. Through three years of teaching practice, it has been proved that this is a new integrated experimental teaching model with the mature design, strong operability, comprehensive experiment and research and can improve practical and innovative abilities of students. Meanwhile, this model can play a positive role in cultivating research and development, teaching, and management talents in the fields of electronic materials, devices, processes, circuits, optoelectronics technology, and electronic information technology.
