摘 要:随着教育公平理念的不断深化,高等教育领域中的师生关系也面临着重构的挑战。传统的师生关系模式往往强调教师的权威和学生的从属,这种模式在新的教育公平理念下显得有些不适应。本文探讨了在新教育公平理念指导下,如何重构高校师生平等关系,以实现教育的公平性与有效性。通过分析当前师生关系存在的问题,结合新教育公平理念的核心原则,提出了优化师生关系的策略和建议,以期为高等教育的发展提供理论支持和实践参考。With the continuous deepening of the concept of educational equity, the teacher-student relationship in the field of higher education is also facing the challenge of reconstruction. The traditional teacher-student relationship model often emphasizes the authority of teachers and the subordination of students, which seems somewhat unsuitable under the new concept of educational equity. This article explores how to reconstruct the equal relationship between teachers and students in universities under the guidance of the new concept of educational equity, in order to achieve fairness and effectiveness in education. By analyzing the existing problems in the current teacher-student relationship and combining it with the core principles of the new concept of educational equity, strategies and suggestions for optimizing the teacher-student relationship are proposed, in order to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the development of higher education.
