摘 要:推进“三全育人”改革是高校落实立德树人根本任务的战略要求,是构建更高水平人才培养体系的必要举措。“全员育人”是“三全育人”的主体性因素,辅导员和本科生导师是“全员育人”重要主体。然而,囿于职责不清、交流不畅、机制不明等方面的现实困境问题,真正发挥出二者协同育人效果,还需要在划分职责、搭建平台、健全机制等方面持续发力,形成高校思想政治教育工作合力。Promoting the reform of “three comprehensive education” is a strategic requirement for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with virtue, and it is a necessary measure to build a higher-level talent training system. “All-staff education” is the main factor of “three-fold education”, and counselors and undergraduate tutors are important subjects of “all-staff education”. However, due to the practical difficulties of unclear responsibilities, poor communication, and unclear mechanisms, it is necessary to continue to make efforts in dividing responsibilities, building platforms, and improving mechanisms to form a joint force in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
