摘 要:2018年,教育部提出了具有时代特征的新文科的战略理念,主要目的在于对既往不能适应新的发展阶段教育理念和教育模式进行全面深化改革,提高人才素质。本文基于劳动经济学课程教学过程中存在的问题,在梳理新文科背景下劳动经济学课程建设的内在要求的基础上,从全方位融入地方经济发展大局,动态调整教学内容,贯通知识的“生产–传播–应用”全过程,注重教学实际效果等方面探讨了新文科建设背景下劳动经济学课程教学质量的提升路径,以便更好地服务高质量教学和高质量人才培育。The Ministry of Education put forward the strategic concept of new liberal arts with the characteristics of the times in 2018, the main purpose of which is to deepen the reform of education concepts and education modes that could not be adapted to the new stage of development in the past and improve the quality of talents. In view of the problems that exist in the teaching process of labor economics courses, this paper discusses the problems that exist in the teaching process of labor economics courses, on the basis of combing the inherent requirements of the construction of labor economics courses in the context of the new liberal arts, from the integration of local economic development in all aspects to dynamically adjust the content of the teaching, and from the integration of the entire process of “production, dissemination and application” of knowledge to the actual effect of teaching. It discusses the path to improve the teaching quality of labor economics courses in the context of the construction of new liberal arts, so as to better serve the high-quality teaching and cultivation of high-quality talents.
