摘　　要：道德榜样的美好品德是值得学习的,是社会前进路上的一盏明灯,是社会的引领者。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记高度重视道德建设。同时道德建设也是高校思想政治教育工作的必不可缺的一个环节,也是我们党一直提倡的优良传统。榜样的力量是无穷的,道德榜样会给大学生的道德思想以引领和导向作用,做好大学生的道德榜样教育工作意义重大,不仅会塑造大学生高尚的人格,同时社会文明程度也会不断迈向更高水平。The good character of moral role models is worth learning, a bright light on the way forward and a leader of society. Since the 18th Party Congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping has attached great importance to moral construction. At the same time, moral construction is also an indispensable part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and it is also a fine tradition that our party has always advocated. The power of role models is infinite, moral role models will give college students moral thinking to lead and guide the role of moral role models to do a good job in the education of college students moral role models is of great significance, will not only shape the noble character of college students, while the degree of civilisation of society will continue to move towards a higher level.
