摘 要:本研究围绕“德育效能”这一主题,对德育效能的内涵、重要性及实践路径进行探讨。首先,从德育与效能概念出发,界定德育效能的核心要义,强调其对学生道德认知、情感、意志和行为的整体提升作用。其次,阐述德育效能成为班主任必修课的时代必要性,指出在教育改革与社会价值多元化背景下,班主任须具备较高的德育理论素养和实践能力,以应对复杂的教育环境和提升学生综合素质。最后,提出提升德育效能的具体路径,包括强化班主任德育培训、灵活运用教育策略、构建科学的评价与反馈机制、促进家校协同与社会支持,从而实现德育目标的有效落实。本研究为深入贯彻“立德树人”理念、推进基础教育高质量发展提供了有益参考。This study explores the concept of moral education effectiveness, its significance, and the pathways for practical implementation. Beginning with the foundational concepts of moral education and effectiveness, it clarifies the core essence of moral education effectiveness and emphasizes its role in enhancing students’ moral cognition, emotions, will, and behavior. It then examines the necessity of moral education effectiveness as an essential competence for homeroom teachers, particularly under conditions of educational reform and the diversification of social values. In this context, teachers must possess advanced theoretical knowledge and practical skills to effectively navigate complex educational settings and foster students’ comprehensive moral development. Finally, this paper proposes strategies for improving moral education effectiveness, including professional training for homeroom teachers, flexible pedagogical methods, systematic evaluation and feedback mechanisms, and strengthened home-school-community collaboration. These approaches provide valuable insights for implementing the “moral education first” principle and advancing high-quality basic education.
