摘　　要：教学质量是高等学校的生命线,是高等教育的永恒主题。新建应用型本科院校作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,其教学质量的优劣直接影响到其服务地方经济建设和发展的能力。本文以武夷学院为例,采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的方法,深入剖析了新建地方本科院校内部教学质量监控体系的现状,针对所存在的问题进行了详尽的探讨。研究提出建立以“应用型高校”为宏观指导、以“激励机制”为主导思想、以三大信息反馈系统为推动力,组建专门的、与教务处并行的评估和监控中心,针对教学质量的提升进行研究并定期出具相关报告,提交给学校决策层以及教务处,由教务处负责管理和执行,建立“管评监分离”的内部教学质量监管构架,从而达到完善教学质量监控制度、改善教学质量监控过程的目标。Teaching quality is the core element for the survival and development of higher education institutions, and it is also a core issue that needs constant attention in higher education. As a crucial component of China’s higher education system, newly established application-oriented undergraduate universities’ teaching quality directly impacts their ability to serve local economic construction and development. Taking Wuyi University as an example, this paper employs a combination of questionnaires and interviews to thoroughly analyze the current situation of the internal teaching quality monitoring system in newly established local undergraduate universities, and conducts a detailed exploration of the existing issues. The study proposes establishing a framework guided by “application-oriented universities”, centered on “incentive mechanisms”, and driven by three major feedback systems.
