摘　　要：This article briefly reviews the history of coronavirus detection and states the structural characteristics and pathogenesis of the SARS-CoV-2 strain. Following the conclusion that cellular senescence is thought to contribute to SARS-CoV-2 susceptibility, this article continues to review the structure and function of telomeres.
