摘 要:协同创新本质上是一种管理创新,但在创新体系的实际建设中,往往片面重视硬设施建设,在软环境建设方面缺乏足够的重视。高校在推进协同创新时首先应统一思想,健全组织框架,推进体制机制建设,营造适合于协同创新的文化氛围;在此基础上精心选择和培育协同创新领军人物、合力打造利益共享机制,不断解放思想更新观念、开展组织结构创新,建立与协同创新相匹配的柔性无边界组织,从而不断推进高校协同创新,提升创新能力。Collaborative innovation essentially is a management innovation,but in the actual construction of innovation system,often one-sided emphasis on hard infrastructure construction,lack of sufficient attention in the soft environment construction.Universities first should be consensus formed on the ideological and then improveing the organizational framework,promoteing the construction of institutional mechanisms,and constantly createing suitable for collaborative innovation culture;On this basis,carefully selecting and fostering collaborative innovation leaders,creating benefit-sharing mechanisms,renewing our concept,carrying out innovation of organizational structure,and then establishing the flexible borderless organizations which match collaborative innovation,colleges and universities so as to continuously promote collaborative innovation,improving creativity.Thus,continueing to promote universities collaborative innovation and enhance the innovation capability.
