摘 要:以拟建上海虹桥至上海东机场联络线为依托项目,根据中隔墙与隧道不同连接方式将中隔墙简化为顶端施加水平约束、顶端约束自由、顶端固接、顶端约束为滑动支座四种计算模式,分析了基本荷载组合、偶然荷载组合下的受力特性。为了进一步分析施工阶段中隔墙受力情况,计算了中隔墙承载力及失稳极限力。结果表明:考虑列车冲击荷载时,设计时需要降低冲击荷载对结构产生的不利影响;在施工及运营过程中,确保顶部水平牛腿连接的牢靠度,避免顶部水平牛腿的掉落导致中隔墙在偶然荷载作用下失去承载力;中隔墙顶部的轴向变形量允许值为4.38 mm,故综合考虑中隔墙二次受力的限值与盾构隧道衬砌环的变形量允许值,管片与中隔墙顶部的间隙应不小于77.22 mm。Based on the project based on the proposed connection line from Shanghai Hongqiao to Shanghai East Airport,the partition wall is simplified as a sliding bearing at the top,free of top constraints,fixed top connections,and top constraints based on the different connection methods of the partition wall and the tunnel.Four calculation modes analyze the force characteristics under basic load combination and accidental load combination.In order to further analyze the force analysis of the partition wall in the construction phase,the bearing capacity and the instability limit force of the partition wall are calculated.The results show that when considering the impact load of the train,the design needs to mitigate the adverse effects of the impact load on the structure;in the process of construction and operation,ensure the reliability of the top horizontal corbel connection and avoid the falling of the top horizontal corbel.The partition wall loses its bearing capacity under accidental load;the allowable value of axial deformation at the top of the partition wall is 4.38 mm,so the limit of the secondary force of the partition wall and the allowable deformation of the shield tunnel lining ring are considered comprehensively Value,the gap between the segment and the top of the partition wall should be≥77.22 mm.
