摘　　要：近些年来,我国网络安全法律法制化建设日趋完善,网络安全法律体系的翻译传播取得了很大成绩,但与社会和时代发展的要求还有一定差距。围绕“译什么、谁来译、怎么译、怎么传”这几个问题,本文从分众化精准翻译、提高翻译工作的政治站位、加强译者的“翻译+”能力、创新对外传播方式四个方面研究了新形势下如何用外语讲好中国网络安全法治故事,如何加强网络安全法律的翻译传播。In recent years,the legalization of China’s cybersecurity laws has been gradually improved,and great achievements have been made in the translation and international communication of the cybersecurity laws.However,there is still a considerable gap between the requirements of society and the development of the times.Focusing on the issues of“what to be translated,who translates,how to translate,and how to commnicate”,this paper studies from the perspectives of precise translation,improving the political awareness of translation work,strengthening the translator’s“translation+”ability,and innovating international communication approaches to achieve the target of narrating compelling stories of China cybersecurity laws,and strengthening the translation and international communication capacity of cybersecurity laws in China.
