摘　　要：大学生作为受到家庭和社会高期待、高关注的群体,他们的身心健康、言行舆论都备受瞩目。新时代,大学生面临难得机遇,但也迎来巨大挑战,对他们心理的冲击比以往更明显,表现在身体、情绪、安全意识和网络舆情等方面。高校作为大学生健康与安全的主体责任方要重视大学生心理安全视域下的科学管理,从环境育人、管理育人、服务育人、文化育人四个方面实施符合大学生成长成才需要的行之有效的学生管理办法,为实现高校立德树人根本任务服务。As a group that is highly expected and highly concerned by families and society,college students'physical and mental health and their words and opinion receive much attention.In the new era,the great opportunities and much challenges before College students impact their psychology and mental heath much more pronounced than ever before,which mainly concerning aspects of physical,emotional,safety awareness,and online public opinion.As the main responsible party for the healthy and safety of college students,colleges and universities should attach importance to scientifically managing college students'psychological safety.This article explores effective student management methods that satisfy the demand of college students'growth and development from four aspects:environmental education,management education,service education,and cultural education,which serves the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation in universities.
