摘 要:劳动教育是落实立德树人根本任务的重要抓手,国务院出台了大中小学劳动教育政策作出总体部署,高职院校要将劳动教育作为重要内容,加强高职院校劳动教育对推进工学结合、培育弘扬工匠精神的高素质产业大军具有重要意义。高职院校劳动教育内化要结合职教特征,引导学生理解、认同、遵循劳动价值观准则。高职院校要发挥学生主体及教师等内化要素的功能,搭建劳动育人平台,创设劳动教育介体,构建支持组织评价体系,提高劳动教育实效。本文先研究概述了高职院校劳动教育内化理论,之后分析了高职院校劳动教育的实践现状,最后提出了内化视角下的劳动教育路径。Labor education is the key to the mission of fostering virtue through education.In accordance with national policies,higher vocational colleges have to set labor education as an important content,and promote the integration of learning and practice,which is of great significance for cultivating high-quality industrial employers having craftsmanship spirit.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should encourage students and teachers to perform their function,and try to improve the effectiveness of labor education through the paths of building a platform,creating labor education intermediaries and constructing an evaluation system of support organization.The paper firstly expounded the internalization theory of labor education in higher vocational colleges and the practical condition of labor education,and then put forward the paths of labor education under the perspective of internalization.
