摘  要:本研究依据工作需求—资源模型,对高职院校酒店实习生进行职业倦怠实态分析。结果显示,实习生的职业倦怠和低成就感呈现中度倦怠水平;倦怠及其子维度在同事支持感等组间存在明显差异;实习生进入职场后,适应时间越长,倦怠水平越高;实习超过3个月后,情绪衰竭和人格解体提升速度更快。Based on a job demand-resource model,this study provides an empirical analysis of job burnout in terms of psychological issues for hotel interns at colleges.The results show that the sub-dimension of burnout and reduced personal achievement is at a moderate level among interns.There were significant differences in burnout and sub-dimensions between groups with high and low perceived co-worker support.In addition,interns with longer acclimatization periods felt more pronounced job burnout.Their emotional exhaustion or depersonalization increases more quickly if the adjustment phase is longer than three months.
