摘　　要：“国培计划”的组织落实关系到师资培训的质量和效果。“国培计划”名师工作室项目团队结合电子商务专业建设和发展进行实践创新,设计“网格化”培训管理与质量监控体系,组建“多元化”导师团队,“校校企”共同分析中高职定位,构建“三结合”培训课程体系,分层次、分步骤推进“课证融通”,实施“两级三维”学员考评体系等。The key to the efficiency of national level training program for primary and high school teachers lies in the organization,implementation and construction of studios for celebrated teachers.Based on the construction and development of e-commerce major,this paper has designed a grid of management and quality control system with a diversified mentor team.And the studio is aimed to join schools,colleges and enterprises together,forming a combined training mechanism and accomplishing the expected goals.
