高校聋人教师职业发展的个案叙事研究

摘　　要：聋人高等教育是教育的组成部分,聋人教师是支持聋人高等教育发展的力量之一。文章通过对高校聋人教师L的案例分析,采用叙事研究,从教师L的教育经历、就业选择、教学工作、未来规划等分析高校聋人教师职业发展,发现高校聋人教师面临着社会认同度、高校支持机制、综合知识能力等方面的困境,从政策更新、支持体系、能力增强等角度提出促进高校聋人教师发展的建议。Deaf higher education is a part of education,and deaf teachers are one of the forces supporting the development of deaf higher education.Based on the case of deaf teacher L in the college,this paper analyzes the career development of deaf teachers in colleges and universities from the aspects of teacher L’s educational experience,employment choice,teaching work and future planning by using narrative research.It is found that deaf teachers in colleges and universities are faced with difficulties in social recognition,university support mechanism and comprehensive knowledge ability,and some suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of policy renewal,support system and ability enhancement.
