摘 要:在巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接的历史交汇期,选定广西、湖南、江西和山东4省扶贫开发重点区域的10位脱贫农民作为研究对象,基于扎根理论研究法对脱贫农民通过继续教育阻断自身贫困代际传递的原始资料进行三级编码及分析,构建了继续教育阻断农民贫困代际传递的理论模型,并藉此阐释了继续教育阻断农民贫困代际传递的主要样态、驱动因素及作用机理。为保障继续教育阻断农民贫困代际传递的高质量发展,未来应致力于革新继续教育动机倾向,激活代际脱贫内生动力;完善继续教育内容体系,适配代际脱贫学习需求;丰盈继续教育互动形式,提升代际脱贫教育效果。During the historical convergence period of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and the effective connection of rural revitalization,this research selected 10 peasants who have been lifted out of poverty in four key areas of poverty alleviation and development in Guangxi,Hunan,Jiangxi and Shandong as the research objects.Based on the grounded theoretical research method,this research carried out three-level coding and analysis on the original data of peasants who have been lifted out of poverty blocking their own poverty intergenerational transmission through continuing education,and constructd a theoretical model for continuing education blocking the intergenerational transmission of peasants’poverty,and used the model to explain the main patterns,driving factors and mechanism of action that continue education blocking the intergenerational transmission of peasants’poverty.In order to effectively ensure the high-quality development of continuing education blocking the intergenerational transmission of peasants’poverty,in the future,we should devote ourselves to reforming the motivational tendency of continuing education and activating the endogenous motivation of intergenerational poverty alleviation;improving the content system of continuing education to meet the needs of intergenerational poverty alleviation learning;enriching the interactive forms of continuing education to enhance the effect of intergenerational poverty alleviation education.
