摘 要:近年来以优质高中为核心,高中、初中和小学融为一体的跨学段教育集团,在数量和规模上快速发展,成为学区化集团化办学的重要型态。明晰跨学段教育集团的特色定位,对于制定集团发展规划、推动集团走向紧密、提升内涵都显得尤为重要。本研究基于对义务教育优质均衡发展需求和跨学段教育集团自身组织特点分析,发现推动教育的突破性创新可以成为跨学段教育集团的特色定位。基于突破性创新领域的相关实证研究结果,本研究提出跨学段教育集团特色发展的六大实施路径。In recent years,Cross-Section Education Groups(CSEG)with high quality high schools as the core and high school,middle school and primary school as a whole have developed rapidly in quantity and scale.Clarifying the characteristic positioning of CSEG is particularly important for formulating the development plan of the group,promoting the group to become closer and enhancing its connotation.Based on the demand for high-quality and equalization development of compulsory education and the analysis of the organizational characteristics of CSEG,it is found that the promotion of radical innovation in education can become the characteristic positioning of CSEG.Finally,based on related empirical research results of radical innovation,this research proposed six development path of the CSEG.
