高职院校职业生涯教育体系建设的实践研究——以上海科学技术职业学院为例

摘　　要：高职学生面临生涯发展的抉择问题,在高职院校开展职业生涯教育是培养高素质技术技能人才必不可少的重要环节。上海科学技术职业学院经过对职业生涯教育的长期探索与实践,形成了以服务学生职业生涯发展为目标、以职业生涯规划为重点、以课程教学为主渠道、以职业素养与就业创业指导为基本内容,理实一体,知行合一,具有综合性、实践性、开放性、针对性的职业生涯教育体系,提升了学生整体素质,促进了学生全面发展。本文总结相关实践研究成果,以期对高职院校加强职业生涯教育起到一定的作用。Higher vocational education is the choice stage of students’career development.Carrying out career education in higher vocational colleges is an essential and important link to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents.Through longterm exploration and practice of students’career education,Shanghai Vocational College of Science and Technology formed a comprehensive,practical,open and targeted career education system,which aims at serving students\career development,focuses on career planning,takes curriculum teaching as the main channel,and takes professional accomplishment and employment entrepreneurship guidance as the basic contents.Adhering to the integration of theory and practice,the unity of knowledge and practice,the career education system has been improved the overall quality of students and promoted their all-round development.Summing up the relevant practical research results can be used as a reference for higher vocational colleges to strengthen career education.
