摘 要:目的:探讨急诊科护士工作压力源与离职意向的关系。方法:采用问卷调查法对五家三甲医院急诊科护士和普通内科护士的工作压力源、心理健康以及离职意向做现况调查。结果:急诊科护士工作压力源部分因素和症状自评量表9个因子得分显著高于普通内科护士(P<0.05),压力源部分因素与心理健康水平及离职意向呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。结论:急诊科护士工作压力大,工作环境差,应激因素多,是离职意向的主要因素之一。医院护理管理者应采用有效的措施,维护急诊科护士的健康,改善工作环境和人际关系,减少护士的流失。Objective:To explore the relationship between job stressors and intentions to quit her job among nurses of emergency department.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the job stressors,mental health and intentions to quit the job among nurses working in emergency department and in general medical department of 5 Grade A hospitals at the third level.Results:The scores of some factors of job stressors and the scores of 9 factors of SCL-90 in nurses of emergency department were significantly higher than that in nurses of general medical department(P<0.05);there was a significant positive correlation between some factors of job stressors and mental health level or intentions to quit the job(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heavy work pressure,poor working environment and much stimulation are the main factors for the nurses of emergency department to intend to quit her job.Hospital managers should adopt effective measures to safeguard the health of nurses in emergency department and improve the working environment and interpersonal relationships to reduce the loss of nurses.
