摘 要:高质量的教育离不开家庭、学校、社区各主体共同分担教育责任。21世纪以来,家校社协同育人问题日益受到关注。根据家庭、学校和社会在教育中扮演的不同角色,三者具有不同的责任属性:家庭承担最低限度的底线责任,学校承担中间层次的契约责任,社会承担中高层次的契约与道德责任。然而,由于信息限度、专业权威、职能错乱等因素阻隔,造成当前家庭、学校、社会各教育主体责任模糊、责任错位或者责任缺位等问题。为解决这一问题,从家庭、社会、学校的教育功能出发,明确家庭、学校、社会的责任指向。家庭教育指向学生的人格修养,是人自我实现的人性基础;学校教育指向人的社会化,是人自我实现的生长点;社会教育指向人的未来发展,是人自我实现的助推器。为更好地促进家校社协同育人,提出应从强化家长责任意识、完善学校教育制度、加强多元主体合作、发挥家校社协同作用四方面进一步建立健全家校社协同育人的责任伦理机制。High quality education cannot be separated from family,school and community to share educational responsibility.Since the 21st century,the problem of cooperative education of family,school and society has attracted increasing attention.According to the different roles played by family,school and society in education,the three have different responsibility attributes:family assumes the minimum bottom line responsibility,school assumes the middle level of contract responsibility,and society assumes the middle and high level of contract and moral responsibility.However,factors including information limitation,professional authority,functional disorder and others,have resulted in the current situation of vague responsibilities,responsibility dislocation or responsibility absence of family,school,and society as education subjects.In order to solve this problem,we should clarify the responsibility direction of family,school and society from the educational functions of family,society and school.Family education points to students’personality cultivation,which is the human basis of self-realization;School education points to the socialization of people,and it is the growing progress of people’s self-realization;Social education points to the future development of people and is the booster of self-realization.In order to better promote the cooperative education of family,school and society,the article proposed that the responsibility ethical mechanism of cooperative education should be further established and improved from the four aspects of strengthening the sense of parental responsibility,improving the school education system,strengthening the cooperation of multiple subjects and fulfilling synergistic role of home,school and society.
