摘　　要：建设高质量教育保障体系是顺应国际教育发展趋势,提升我国教育质量的必然选择。高质量教育保障体系基本框架主要包含教育政策保障、师资队伍保障、教育投入保障、教育评价保障、教育治理保障以及教育技术保障六个方面。建设高质量教育保障体系要从六个方面推进:加强党对教育的全面领导,完善教育政策保障体系;全面加强教师队伍建设,打造高素质专业化师资队伍;建立合理的经费投入机制,完善教育经费使用监管长效机制;破除"五唯"顽瘴固疾,深化教育评价体系改革;推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化,加强教育治理保障建设;加强教育技术保障体系建设,推动教育现代化进程。The construction of the high-quality education assurance system is an inevitable choice to comply with the development trend of international education and improve the quality of education in our country.The Fundamental framework of a high-quality education assurance system mainly includes six aspects:education policy assurance,teaching team assurance,education investment assurance,education evaluation assurance,education governance assurance and education technology assurance.To build a high-quality education assurance system,it is necessary to strengthen the party’s overall leadership over education and improve the education policy assurance system;it is necessary to comprehensively strengthen the construction of the teaching team and build a high-quality professional teaching team;it is necessary to establish a reasonable funding mechanism and improve the long-term mechanism for monitoring the use of education funds;it is necessary to eliminate the“five only”problem and deepen the reform of the education evaluation system;it is necessary to promote the modernization of the education governance system and governance capabilities,and strengthen the construction of education governance assurance;it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the education technology assurance system and promote the modernization of education.
