摘　　要：宽容精神是中华民族文化历史长河中的优秀精神,也是高职院校校园文化应具有的新时代精神品质。宽容精神具有弘扬中华民族优秀传统文化、彰显新时代发展的客观要求、内蕴立德树人教育的根本任务、体现信息网络化发展的主体性的价值意蕴。而要实现这一考量就需要从和谐集体是融入宽容精神的空间;正确引导是融入宽容精神的航标;尊重差异是融入宽容精神的前提;对话沟通是融入宽容精神的方法四个方面思考。The spirit of tolerance is an excellent spirit in the long history of Chinese culture, and it should also be possessed by the campus culture of higher vocational collegesNew age spirit quality.The spirit of tolerance carries forward the fine traditional culture of the Chinese nation and highlights the development of the new eraIt contains the basic task of moral education and embodies the value of subjectivity in the development of information networkAggregates.To realize this consideration, it is necessary to integrate the spirit of tolerance from the harmonious collective space;Proper guidance is integrationA beacon of tolerance;Respect for difference is the premise of integrating tolerance spirit;Dialogue and communication is the way to integrate the spirit of toleranceLaw four aspects of thinking.
