摘　　要：基于需求侧的视角,以数据驱动和优化人才培养方案,体现了应用型本科院校对"应用型"的人才培养市场定位和价值评价,本案采用两种数据采集方法,即面向企业的传统调研方法与Python数据采集方法,以分析作为应届毕业生应具备的能力与市场需求能力的吻合度,获取更为直观、准确、客观的数据结果,以此提出了培养目标"厚基础,拓应用",课程体系"找方向,开特色",人才培养"重素养,提能力"的培养体系,使人才输出符合应用型本科院校培养规格,适应市场需求,服务地方经济。From the perspective of demand side,the data-driven and optimized talent training scheme reflects the market positioning and value evaluation of"application-oriented"talent training in application-oriented universities.In this case,with two data collection methods,the traditional enterprise-oriented research method and Python data collection method,this case analyzes the coincidence between the ability that fresh graduates should possess and the market demand ability,to obtain highly visible,accurate and objective data.Based on this,this paper puts forward a training system with the training goal of"strengthening the foundation and expanding the application",the curriculum system of"finding the direction and developing the characteristics",and the talent training of"emphasizing the accomplishment and improving the ability",so that the talent output can meet the training specifications of applicationoriented undergraduate colleges,adapts to the market demand and serves the local economy.
