摘  要:为提升实践课程教学效果,分析角色轮换分组教学模式实施优势,从巧妙设置角色、科学组织轮换、合理进行分组、正确定位教员角色等方面进行教学设计,并进行教学实践。从平时考核成绩和课堂表现情况等方面对教学效果进行评价,验证该模式能够有效提高教学质量。最后,提出实施角色轮换分组教学模式需进一步把握的问题。In order to improve the teaching effect of practical courses,analyze the advantages of implementing grouping teaching mode,this paper firstly carries out teaching design from the aspects of skillful role setting,scientific organization of rotation,reasonable grouping,and correct positioning of the role of teachers.Then,it carries out teaching practice in combination with practical courses,and evaluates the teaching effect from the aspects of usual assessment results and classroom performance to verify that the model can effectively improve teaching quality.Finally,it puts forward the problems that need to be further grasped in the implementation of grouping teaching mode based on role rotation.
