中等职业教育促进经济增长的实证研究——以新疆为例

摘　　要：在推进新疆经济发展、产业结构调整和城镇化过程中,培养应用型人才有着举足轻重的作用。本文基于南北疆实际差异,归纳并实证分析了新疆职业教育的发展现状和影响因素。结论显示,中等职业教育对新疆经济产生了积极的促进作用,但还存在中职教育人力与固定资产投入错配的问题,特别是南疆地区中职教育资源配置效率较低、北疆地区中职教育对经济的促进作用还有更大的空间。基于此,应应提升全疆中职教育区域间人力资源调配能力,提高南疆地区中职教育产出效率,提高北疆地区中职教育质量和就业能力。In advancing Xinjiang’s economic development,industrial restructuring,and urbanization,cultivating applied talents plays a pivotal role.Based on the actual differences between North and South Xinjiang,this paper summarizes and empirically analyzes the development status and influencing factors of Xinjiang vocational education.The conclusion shows that secondary vocational education has played a positive role in promoting Xinjiang’s economy,but there is still a problem of mismatch between manpower and fixed asset investment in secondary vocational education,especially in southern Xinjiang,where the allocation of resources for secondary vocational education is low,There is more room for vocational education to promote the economy.Based on this,it is necessary to improve the human resources deployment capacity of secondary vocational education across Xinjiang,improve the output efficiency of secondary vocational education in southern Xinjiang,and improve the quality and employability of secondary vocational education in northern Xinjiang.
