摘  要:本文将领地性研究从个体层面拓展到团队层面,聚焦于团队层面的领地性,即领地氛围。基于社会认同理论,本文探讨了领地氛围对团队绩效的影响及其作用机制。基于对157个团队中的314名员工和157名领导的数据进行分析,结果表明团队领地氛围负向影响团队绩效,且团队认同中介这一负向作用;领导—成员交换能够调节团队领地氛围与团队认同之间的关系,并调节整个间接效应。本文在团队互动情境中探讨了领地性的影响,拓展了领地性的研究。Different from previous researches of territoriality focusing on individual level,this study investigates team-level territoriality,that is,territorial climate,which referred to as the common perception of team members on the termitorial behavior of each member towards each other in the team.Drawing on social identity theory,this study further identifies team identifcation as the mechanism through which trritrial climate influences team performance.Based on a sample of 314 employees and 157 leaders from 157 tearms,the results showed that team identification mediated the negative efect of trritrial climate on team performance.Besides,leader-member exchange moderated the negative impact of territorial climate on team identification,and thus weakened the indirect effect of territorial climate on team performance through team identification.The findings contributed to organizational territoriality research by examining its efect in the context of team interaction.
