摘  要:教育仁爱是教师在教育活动中应当遵循的伦理原则,也是教师个体应该具有的一种美好德性。教育仁爱德性包括义务的德性和美德的德性,作为教师义务的教育仁爱赋予全体学生被爱的权利,作为教师美德的教育仁爱要求教师真诚善待所有学生,它是科学性与艺术性的实践统一。其伦理价值体现为有益于彰显教育的人文精神,有益于实施情感教育,有益于受教育者身心健康发展。涵养教师仁爱德性应秉持教育生活理念,将社会培育与个体修炼结合起来,既发挥社会在教师德性塑造中的价值主导作用,又充分激发教师个体向善而行的道德愿望,在不懈追求中实现自我完善、自我超越。Educational benevolence is not only the ethical principle that teachers should follow in educational activities,but also a kind of good virtue that teachers should have.The virtue of educational benevolence includes the virtue of obligation and virtue.The educational benevolence as a teacher’s obligation gives all students the right to be loved and the educational benevolence as a teacher’s virtue requires teachers to treat all students with sincerity and kindness.It is the practical unity of science and art.Its ethical value is reflected in the humanistic spirit of education,the implementation of emotional education,and the healthy development of students’body and mind.To cultivate teachers’benevolence virtue,it should uphold the concept of educational life and combine social cultivation with individual cultivation;it should not only play a value leading role of society in shaping teachers’morality,but also fully stimulate the moral desire of teachers to do good.Then,they could achieve self-improvement and self-transcendence in their unremitting pursuit.
